JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitor suppliers to comply with data maintenance in GTN and GBS system • Process standard shipping actions • Process correct product packaging • Convey factories’ issues before shipment to countries • Deal with factories to accomplish customers’ requests Task 1: System (GBS and GTN) maintenance • Monitor GTN and GBS data maintenance by factories: LCHD, Freight Booking, fASN, Invoice • Check GTN DPOC from factories or from Sales Sub (change of QTY/ship mode, etc) daily. Update system within 24 – 48 hrs • Release Shipping Instructions in GBS. Precondition: HS.CODE/Carrier/Port of Destination entered by customer • Report and get shipping instructions from countries for delay orders/shortage over 5% • Update performance code for late orders (LCHD vs CHD, Ship date vs CHD) • Update ship mode, Carrier, Port of Destination if customers require changing due to delay • Release ASN to customer in GBS • Confirm GBS FINV and send Factory Invoice copies to HK Account Dept twice a month for commission debit note issuance. Close PO/CO in GBS after shipment • Monitor factory to follow the correct country special packing requirement. Task 2: Handle requests from countries and factories • Clarifying with factories on basic packing and labeling requirements. Remind customers to provide customized special labels 60 days prior CSD • Collect Sales Confirmation/Proforma Invoice from factories for LC/TT payment in advance from Licensee customers Philippines, & Thailand • Send ship doc draft for customers checking before shipment (for limited countries). Notify customers to release shipment confirmation to forwarders • Inquire shipment status from factories and follow up their shipping docs dispatch to customers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Diploma or above ideally in shipping or Supply Chain & Logistics management - At least 2 to 3 years of shipping/customer service working experience gained with sourcing/trading company - Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Word) - Good communication skills in both spoken & written in English - Ability to work independently and with other parties - A team-player with strong sense of responsibility and patience - An understanding of, or experience in the sports/ fashion market is an advantage - Good knowledge of import/export procedure and shipping related documents process
