Main Responsibilities: - Receive design documents from Consultants & contractors, submit for approval, file and deliver to relevant departments and stakeholders. - Support in preparing design documents, legal documents to submit to departments, agencies to apply for construction permit, construction inspection and inspection. - Schedule meeting, send invitation & join meeting as required & take meeting minutes - Assist the team leader in monitoring, checking delivery, signing, transferring with accounting and contract storage, settlement records, acceptance records of construction contractors, design consultants & consultants monitoring. - Perform other administrative tasks to support the office and the construction site: drafting documents; translation of documents and documents; prepare files, documents, tools, archiving records at the office according to the Company's storage system.JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Qualification: o Graduated from University of Economics majoring in Business Administration or relevant 2. Working Experience: o 5-year experience as P Project secretary / Secretary of specialized departments.
