RESPONSIBILITY FOR: AFTER MARKET & EXPORT COORDINATOR PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Manage after market (spare part) sale and maintain good relation with distributor and Dealer and identify new product and generate Inquiry. 2. Maintain good relations and regular contact with persons in relevant departments (E.g. vendor development) of over sea and existing customers for OEM and AM. Explore to identify new opportunities. 3. Ensure that related customer enquiries for new development/product changes are promptly addressed (e.g. PFS) to ensure that new product development progress on time. 4. Submission the quotation to related customer and get price approval. 5. Submission sample and drawing to related customer and follow up it for getting sample and drawing approval. 6. Monitoring and review new product development progress every week in Development Review Meeting (DRM). 7. Meet with agreed goals. 8. Market intelligence of competitions. 9. Generate promotion idea and implement in market. 10. Making Annual and Monthly indents to be released to the manufacturing, materials, accounts. 11. Ensure that the finished goods are transported to customers as per schedule delivery. 12. Ensure that finished goods inventory (both at factory and overseas warehouse) remains within policy limits. 13. Ensure that payment collections from customers follow due date. 14. Ensure adherence to all laid down Quality systems. 15. Other specific requirements and functions as defined in Procedure manual. 16. Ensure effective implementation of EMS. 17. To ensure the effective implementation of improvement activities in Marketing work area. 18. Continuous kaizen activity. 19. To propose budget for next financial year. 20. Any other task assigned from time to time. AUTHORITIES : 1. Explore new opportunities with existing customers and new customers and diversification services offered of scope of products and services offered. 2. Recommend new development / Product changes on the basis of PFS and take actions for timely development. 3. Conform finished goods inventory at overseas warehouse and monitor dead stock. BASIS OF ASSESSING PERFORMANCE (KEY RESULT OF NCRS / SCORE) 1. Client servicing - quality and timeliness. 2. Achievement of sales targets. 3. New customers and business developed (SOB in different territories). Also new applications for products. Existing/ similar/ allied products.JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM DESIRED PERSON SPECIFICATION Age : 28 - 40 years Qualification : Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Degree (Marketing) Training : ISO/TS 16949:2002, FMEA, MSA, Customer Handling. Skill : Supervisory Management, Leadership, Strong interpersonal skill, Good communication skills. Proactive, organized and committed. Experience: At last 5 years in relevant field.
