The position we are looking to recruit include the followings: 1. Support to set up new projects within the assigned scope. 2. Financial management: - Closely monitor the implementation of the approved budget, analyze, evaluate and propose remedial measures in case of budget differences, especially overspending; - Analyze and compare the financial statements of the projects, promptly detect problems and propose appropriate solutions for cases. 3. General personnel / administrative management: - Who is contact point for the deployment all information and work requirements between the Head Office and property managers of projects. - Propose to appropriate transfer, coordinate with HR to recruitment interview. Participate in assessing the quality/efficiency/ working capacity of the relevant staffs when required; - Develop subordinate personnel, organize professional training, contribute to build a working environment which suitable to the Company's culture; - Participating in developing/proposing, improvement/supplementation of the SOPs, KPI evaluation, and directing the implementation of assigned projects; - Coordinate with the Head Office and property managers of projects to develop and implement Sales/ Marketing plans of projects. Searching and applying new measures to increase revenue for establishments such as advertising revenue, short-term rentals ..; 4. Daily operation activities: - Supporting consultancy/ directing to handle difficult issues in the operation of the assigned projects in accordance with expertise and the Company's regulations to ensure service quality, standards and CBRE brand; - Urge, control and effectively manage the implementation of action plans, organize to perform programs of the Company or Property Management Department to the Projects; - Organize to manage and control of the operation quality of the projects, maintain the initial set up standards and response the service standards of the Company, ... to ensure the effective operation of cooperation terms between CBRE and clients, vendor, or other partners at the Projects; - Summarize, evaluate and summarize experiences and special solutions of each Project to provide the most homogeneous and most appropriate solutions to the projects; - Risk management (devising early solutions for handling, prevention, and minimization of consequences); 5. Regular meetings: - Actively organize the regular/irregular meetings with property managers of assigned projects - Representation for CBRE to participated in Resident Meetings, Management Board Meetings, Meeting with Investors… 6. Reports: - Perform monthly/quarterly/ yearly report to the superior authorities on the operation and backlog situation of the assigned projects. - Promptly report abnormal problems/incidents (if any). 7. Perform other duties as assigned


- Bachelor's degree form university (Major in economics/building management or related training) - Over 5 years of experience in property management, at least 3 years of experience at property manager - Devoted, ambitious, responsibility, good sense of service - Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) - Excellence English
