JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Conducting basic & advanced training programs for AG, AL & Bank staff. 2. Conducting workshops, motivation talk, special programs for leaders, agents 3. Planning and Managing the training schedule of the regions assigned 4. Cooperating with Business Development to manage the activity ratio of agents in the first 90 days 5. Develop/Design/Customize basic & advanced training programs for agency 6. Develop and train Bancas training programs to Bank staff & Insurance consultant/agency 7. To handle future projects when arise such as GA development etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education/knowledge: • University Degree, preferred in Finance/Bank/Economy/Insurance • Knowledge of insurance business, agencies and underwriting principles • Knowledge of financial concepts, including financial planning and financial understanding of insurance products • Knowledge of sales concepts in insurance 2. Experience: • Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Insurance, with a sales focus 3. Skills: • Good communication (bi-lingual in Vietnamese & English) • Proficiency in MS office applications • Presentation, problem solving • Effective leadership & management • Training, Coaching • Sales background is preferred • Life Insurance license • Selling, Motivation
