1. Operations. - Communicate with dealers about Company policies, products, promotion and answer their concerns. - Update policies/ price & products frequently and propose for new scheme when needed. - Ensure and achieve target of dealer of region in charge. 2. Order. - Plan and execute order from dealer. - Work with logistics to ensure products delivered on time. 3. Shopfront/Display. - Weekly or monthly site visit to take care and maintain shopfront and display at dealer shop. - Make proposal for shopfront/display innovation for pushing. 4. Training. - Conduct training for floor salesmen, promotion for products. 5. Report. - Generate report about customer voice (feedback), competitors, SKUs display.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor degree. - At least 2 years of experience in , Marketing (Prefer Beer & Beverages field).
