JOB SCOPE The primary scope of this role is to assist Country Sales and Specialties Leader and SAM, CRS, HS & Affinity to drive insurance brokerage revenue growth and develop a clear go-to-market strategy to achieve revenue growth target of insurance products  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES You are responsible for: • Work closely with the Country Sales and Specialties Leader and SAM, CRS, HS & Affinity in sales planning, the formulation and implementation of strategies to obtain new business. • Generate new business leads in line with the agreed strategies. Regular tasks mainly include making cold calls to prospective clients or following up on referrals to set up meeting, liaise with insurers and negotiate with them to obtain the best value for the clients’ premium spent, to prepare quotations, to be in front of the prospective clients to explain terms conditions to ensure that solutions provided are of their best interest and follow to close deal. • Do servicing for existing clients in compliance with CSOM (Daily routine will include handling clients’ enquiries, complaints, claims) • Provide input for the Business Development annual budget, in terms of both expenses and revenue. - Execute global or regional campaigns at branch level - Work closely with Customer Service teams to develop new and additional business opportunities with existing clients via cross sell activities. - Maintain close business relationship with the clients and the underwriters. • Provide sharing sessions with Corporate Teams • Develop own skill set on knowledge base through participation in company arranged training programs and company sponsored training program. • Prepare reports, market update and other documents required for sales purposes.


Education : University graduate or above Experience : A minimum of 3 years working experience, preferably in insurance industry or financial institutions Others : Proficiency in English, both written & spoken, preferably studying or working oversea Having financial or banking background and experience in such sector working with corporate clients Good work-organized and time management skills Computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
