Senior C&B Staff

1. Compensation: - Execute monthly payroll and coordinate with Finance and Accounting Department to ensure timely and accuracy remittance for employees; - Complete monthly/annually personal income tax declaration for employees and report to Tax Department; contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly; - Make monthly reconciliation report on total compensations to clarify the difference; - Complete the final compensation and severance allowance for leaving employees; - Assist HRM in participating in salary and benefit survey; - Submit monthly reports to C&B Supervisor or other reports related to manpower whenever required. 2. Benefits: - Complete social and health insurance, personal accident insurance for employees every month upon case-by-case basis; - Contact social, health offices and labor authorities on providing/ closing social insurance book and healthcare card for employees as per local law. 3. Outsourcing management: - Search, analyze vendors’ quotations, evaluate and propose outsourcing vendors to HRM; - Monitor and make sure vendors’ compliance with the law and service quality; - Support Departments to solve issues related to outsourcing management. 4. Others: - Take part in HR projects; - Other tasks assigned by superiors.


- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, English or related majors; - Good command for both written and spoken in English; - Strong Time management skill and able to work under pressure - Good at MS Office (Excel, Power Point); - Can – do attitude and passion on HR field.
