JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: E-commerce Logistics Staff (temp) Grade: GA2b Division: Finance Team: Logistics Report Line: Senior Logistics Executive Job Summary: (Main objective(s) / purpose(s) of the role) - Manage inventory; responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all materials within the assigned areas (physical inventory on POS and SAP system). - Manager in and out inventory movement HQ -> VN -> EC customers and/or all counters. - Manage sales and payable accounts for EC and local purchasing orders. Principal Accountabilities (All accountabilities of the role) - Monitor and control product delivery to EC and physical customers. - Receive and confirm order/return order processing on SAP; key in EC sales on POS system on due date; reconcile all monthly reports on EC sales and stock. - Co-ordinate and participate in monthly shipping/logistics activities as per schedule at warehouse between all counters/FSS and EC customers. - Perform stock and material control for inventory improvement. - Focus on improving EC inventory operations and all counters accordingly. - Track all import shipment and conduct incoming reports; update price for new materials in alignment with HQ. - Follow up local PO status, shipment and arrival date; create PO and invoice to manage inventory. - Create new SKUs in the system, update BOM, reconcile master data for e-commerce. - Manage and implement a good tracking system for all inbound/outbound/transfer transactions. - Prepare and analyze month-end data to do reports on logistic issues. - Perform other duties as assigned by BGM, MD, FM, team leader. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (Financial and non-financial KPIs relevant to the role) Financial KPIs: - Timely response to customers’ orders. - Manage stock 100% correctly. - Keep all reports on due date. - Responsible mainly for EC inventory and sales. - Solve logistic issues. Non-financial KPIs: - Willing to learn more and more to improve. - Try to focus on financial aspect. - Share work with finance team and support all departments.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential Requirements (Qualification and experience, personal skills and attributes) Qualification and experience: - Education: Diploma Degree in External Economics or any related fields. - English: conversational level. - Computing: good Excel skills. - Experience: 2+ years of similar work experience. - Knowledgeable about E-commerce industry in Vietnam and POS/SAP/ERP systems. - Ok with 10-month contract term. Personal skills and attributes: - Good communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, to deal with external and internal parties in a professional manner. - Able to develop solutions and communicate them across the organization as efficiently as possible. - Able to adapt to any circumstances in the best way.
