Digital Marketing

• Work with Marketing Communications team to develop detailed digital campaign plans, including campaign goals, strategy, messaging, action plan, marketing distribution channels and tactics, budget and KPIs...; • Effectively implement all related digital marketing activities by himself/herself or liaise with digital agencies as and when required; • Manage our website and continuously update and improve Search Engine Marketing performance; • Carry on effective social media advertising campaigns to generate leads; • Design and implement creative social media campaigns in different platforms including Facebook, You Tube, Instagram… • Create Facebook Ads for admission campaign and manage daily performance; monitor the Ad words account: optimize keywords, suggest and implement methods to increase ROI; Update leads from different sources; • Identify social media trends to guide future activities; • Foresee and build a social media crisis management strategy and plan to prepare response ahead; • Responsible for result and cost tracking report of campaigns; Measure, analyze, and report campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI and deliver in-depth reports such as lead generation report, Facebook performance, digital marketing report… to internal stakeholders; Make pertinent proposals to maximize campaigns impacts; • Work closely with the Content Specialist to create communication materials for digital marketing, newsletters, press releases, website, social media, as needed; • Coordinate with other teams to meet deadlines and execute campaign to your specifications; • Assist in other marketing and communications tasks.


• Vietnamese national; • Digital marketing qualified/Bachelors degree in Marketing/Communications or related fields; • Minimum of 3 years of related marketing experience required; • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese; • Experience in education is an asset. • Strong knowledge of digital platforms, channels and tools with a strategic brand communication mindset; • Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to detailed execution; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and have strong analytical skills to forecast and identify digital marketing trends and challenges; • Creative thinking to look beyond current practices and think outside of the box to initiate new and better ways of doing things; • Stay calm and have ability to give quick response to unexpected problems such as a social media crisis; • Demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish with minimal supervision; manage time, budget and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; • Ability to work independently as well as on a team; • Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to getting things done, and an overall curiosity and a desire to learn; • To demonstrate integrity, enthusiasm and charisma • Flexibility, versatility, and collaboration required • Can-do attitude, be able to perform under pressure. • Good at working in a team and independently
