**Location: Ho Chi Minh, Soc Trang, Ha Noi, Cao Bang, Lang Son - Builds and executes business plans for the territory to meet or exceed targets within agreed budgets and timelines. - Executes call plans to deliver the right message to the right customer with the right frequency. - Builds a network of customers by visiting existing and new customers, categorizes based on therapeutics area based on their needs and promotes the products - Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business. - Serves as a key Besins Healthcare resource to the customer, to respond to their enquiries, ensure that Besins products are available to more patients. - To achieve the expected coverage and deliver customer centric activities within operating budget. - To promote defined Besins Healthcare products according to campaign briefs and policies to gain formulary acceptance and increased usage for promoted products in all relevant accounts. - Deploys and uses approved marketing and sales promotional materials and programs; runs direct promotion programs and facilitates pull through activity. - Ensures to give on time feedback to the marketing team on all marketing campaigns implemented. - Gives customer feedback, and information on competitor activity to the marketing team so that they can respond to changing market conditions and customer demands. * Reporting - Responsible for effective administration of the territory based on business plan - To ensure high quality record keeping & on time updating of report systems, daily communication with administrative systems and timely processing of expenses. - Maintaining quality data in key customer database - Effective communication with territory colleagues and relevant members of other teams in order to understand, maximize and drive territory. - Teamwork, mentors new member in team and accomplishes team projects - Perform other task as assigned to him/her - Achievements of target month on month, through delivery of call and customer coverage. - Customer segmentation and profiling for target the right customerJOB REQUIREMENTS
- University of Pharmaceutical. - At least 01 years working experience in medical representative in ETC. - Understanding in medical & health care industry. - Excellent in negotiation and approaching market. - Work under high pressure.
