JOB DESCRIPTION

Duties and Responsibilities - Handling specific certain Customers as assigned - Analyze Buyer’s information and release to relating department for processing order as per buyer’s request (Mo, trim card) - Request Fabric Item code, YPD for new order; following up sampling and testing of required test process and test results - Draft contract, getting approval for relating manufacturing the garment orders whereas necessary - Reflecting comments to CSP from pre-production meeting for improvement and updating CSP team of the Buyer’s information - Keep Buyer’s informed timely on the progress of the orders - Brokering to settle issues from production with Buyers Level of authority and relationship with other jobs: - Directly co-ordinating with the relating funtions on the process of orders

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Essential knowledge: - Knowledge of the garment manufacturing process, English proficiency; costing of garment; international business common practices Essential skills: - Communication skills; interpersonal skills; writing email, analysis skills, planning and organization skills - English 4 skills - At least 2 yrs experiences in this positions - Graduated from Colleges / Universities (either Biz, Language or Garment ones) - Background about garment (priority) - Team leader skills
