JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Receptionist - Welcome and guide guests to the company and leaving thoughtful and polite; - Receive, send, and transfer letters and goods to departments and partners; - Preparing and ensuring the meeting room is always ready to use, full of items: water, writing, tables, projectors, audio, screens, ...); - Prepare tea and tea break for important meetings of the BOD, weekly, monthly meeting ; 2. Assistant to Factory Director - Interpreter for Factory Director at the meeting, translate documents; - Organize, schedule appointments and assist for Factory Director for some activities at the office. 3. Purchasing and office administration - Participate actively to follow-up the payment schedule and coordinate with leaders and Accountant Department to prepare payment documents; - Search and assess the capacity of suppliers of goods and services; - Coordinate with departments to purchase and supply equipment, tools, stationery,… - Monitor and pay for office and housing services: electricity, water, internet, stationery ... - Manage cash to pay office expenses and make payment procedures with the Accounting Department at the end of the month; - Arrange cars for picking up at plants, airport and Manager’s requirement; - Supervise the office cleaning, trees, make sure the office is always clean, tidy and green; 4. Documentation - Receive dispatches and papers delivered to the competent person; - Process incoming and outgoing company’s correspondences, sort, classify, store and scan documents, letter, legal document (both in soft and hard files); - Number, send, receive and register all documents properly in the data system; - Notarize legal documents; - Draft Proposals, Notices, Decisions, Statement,… 5. Human Resource - Coordinate the implementation of health and mental care programs for company employees (health examinations, teambuilding, travel, birthdays, funerals, funerals ...); - Prepare and guide integration for new employees; - Check the attendance of employees at the plant; - Support the recruitment process;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Educational level: College or higher - Professional qualifications: Priority is given to graduates who specialize in: Archives, Administration, Accounting, Human Resource. - Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, Internet - Foreign language skill: English requires, TOEIC 700 or equivalent - Working experience: At least 02 years in assistant, administration, personnel, accountant, purchasing or relevant positions. - Personality: Friendly, enthusiastic, careful - Age: 22 – 40 - Gender: Male/ Female - Location: Tan Hung Commune, Tan Chau District, Tây Ninh Province. Preferences are given to people in Tay Ninh
