The primary responsibilities are as follows: - To check all the seals of safety deposit boxes & doors before signing on the guard's handbook every morning. - To practice the first greeting with all receptionists before work. - To check all reception uniforms, in good condition, wear makeup - To clean the reception desk and rearrange the news shelf (order) - To look over the reception area sanitary. - Arrange and check all Stationery, Printers, Invoices, Line up in good order and ready for work - To check mobile phone (this phone number has been diverted from the reservation line) if there is a missed call or a reservation message from the player. - To check travel group confirmation form, floating referral, request form and number of players booking. - To remind all receptionists about new members, the special price is given by the Manager to any special guests or groups. - Check regularly all details about prices, pocket cards, daily numbers and type of players that have been entered into the computer. - Check with the Starter on the number of players. - Responsible for reporting daily sales to the accounting department. - Take full responsibility for all income of the reception department. - To check the number of cashiers (Income) that fell in the previous Evening with the cashier of the account each morning at 8:00 am - To send a report & Call VAT for the accounting department - To check email reception - Report to the Management Board about the Customer Complaints or Customers' Comments - Securely seal at reception area witnessed by security guards before leaving the club. - Manage all booking, receptionists, pro-shop work to reorganize and strengthen better services for customers. - As assigned by the Dept. Head.


- Female, Age 27 - 35 - University degree, English major - Know more Korean language - Experience working in management and customer service - Experience in supervisory position - Good leadership and management skills - Good analytical & problem solving skills - Ability to manage and organize work well - Careful and detailed - Training, fiduciary & skill training - Basic financial knowledge - Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese - Can work in shifts
