1. Leading quality meeting in shift level to update quality situation & take suitable actions. 2. Leading, training for team member in shift (team leaders, operators) to achieve target. 3. Verify non-conformity product, judge PON (production order number) is PASSED or FAILED, make OBA sampling plan base on VQD, Customer requirement, AQL standard. 4. Work with CFT (Cross Function Team) to take containment action for finish goods when non-conformity product was detected. 5. Identify problems arising base on containment action result. In case of an epidemic or critical problem, working with CFT to get decision for stop line, hold shipment or delivery. 6. Verify, feedback and discuss with related team about Quality requirements, standards, working instruction for improvement. 7. Manage and follow changing points or requirements related to OBA to ensure it was implement. 8. Manage and monitor efficiency of corrective action and preventive action for OBA issues and feedback to improvement. 9. Follow & update the trial result at OBA station from requirements of FPM, PQE, CQE, IPQE. 10. Co-operation with IPQE team and related departments to take quality improvement activities. 11. Leading team to proposal idea and study to apply it for job improvement. 12. Daily, weekly do report to Manager.JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering 2. Experiences: At least 2 years work at QC in electronic or automotive manufacturing, 1 year in supervisor role 3. Skills: good solving problem skill, team work, management skill. Good organizational & analytical skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time. 4. Knowledge: 7 QC tools, SPC, AQL standard… 5. Others: Work in 3 shifts.
