JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Objective of job - Install/maintain/repair machinery and/or equipment; maintain buildings and technical systems and manufacture/install equipment 2. Principle activities - Advise on planning, selection and procurement of equipment, taking into account company standards and user-specific requirements - Suggest actions for efficient maintenance and repair, as well as for adaptation of maintenance standards - Assure/arrange for the implementation of accident prevention measures - Prepare, request, create maintenance orders according to guidelines - Manual and mechanical production of complex equipment according to predetermined working documents - Plan the work processes, material procurement and setup activities, and check production documentation for completeness - Install very complex equipment according to guidelines and check it (e.g. mechanically, electrically, etc.) for correct function; adjust and/or rework as required - Install repaired/manufactured equipment and adjust machine controls, correct processing programs, conduct test runs and functional tests, and create appropriate documentation - Determine part requirements, provide parts and request part procurement - Determine causes of defects/shutdowns in complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; use diagnostic systems as required - Conduct very difficult maintenance and repair tasks on very complex technical equipment (e.g. fixtures, machinery, instruments, etc.) - Conduct the installation and relocation of very complex technical equipment (e.g. tools, machinery, instruments, etc.) - Recognize and eliminate (according to instructions) weak areas; develop suggestions for eliminating weak areas - Eliminate/have eliminated very difficult breakdowns (e.g. process descriptions, etc.) in machines and fixtures (e.g. for tool breakage, etc.) Alternative - Eliminate/have eliminated very difficult breakdowns (e.g. process descriptions, etc.) in machines and fixtures (e.g. for tool breakage, etc.) - Activities from Technical specialist HRL 11 and additionally (within area of responsibility) - Technical training and orientation of associates - Coordinate associates (e.g. personnel scheduling, etc.) and equipment scheduling - Performs maintenance, repairs, modifications, adjustments, installations according to the specific technical documentation and work instructions - Responsible for further transmission of the knowledge accumulated to the colleagues - Responsible for maintaining the optimal functioning state of the machines in the KS / VK areas - Executes other provisions given by the direct supervisor or his bosses in achieving the objectives of the section within the limits of respecting the legal basis - Responsible for the quality of the activities carried out in the KS / VK areas - Responsible for the efficient use of the work schedule by using the working time only in order to perform the service tasks - Participates in the optimization of technological processes - Participates in the commissioning of the machines from another plants, their relocation within the company and the activities prior to their shipment to other plants - Responsible for the correctness and promptness with which he/she provides the information in its field of activity to colleagues and superiors - Has a polite attitude towards both subordinate staff and other people with whom he comes into contact within the company (respect in society is mandatory - greeting, address) - Informs the supervisor whenever problems arise that are beyond his competence - Has to inform immediately the responsible persons about any malfunction of the equipment - Ensures compliance with labor protection rules and fire protection within the area of responsibility - Maintains permanent collaborative contact with the staff from the Quality, Logistic and Production departments - Is responsible for the accuracy of the documents created - Follow the rules for using IT systems: software, e-mails, external data carriers - Responsible for compliance with the legislation, norms and instructions of safety and health at work and emergency situations - Respects the general working procedures specific to the company (work schedule, punctuality in creating and submitting reports, etc.) - Ensures compliance with legal provisions regarding environmental protection and service secrecy - Comply with the provisions of the Labor Code, the Collective Labor Agreement, the Internal Rules - Comply with the legal provisions regarding quality assurance standards - Is responsible for the confidentiality of the information that is controlled and derived from his activity 3. Special authorizations (e.g. powers of attorney, guidelines competence, authorities, information rights, references to legal or standards-relevant authorized representatives, etc.) - The hierarchical manager is consulted in the problems that are the object of his activity - Has access to data and information related to the production process in the sector in which he/she operates - Participates in professional and development training courses 4. Workplace equipment (e.g. requirements related to occupational safety, etc.) - Space: Works under production section conditions - It is required to wear the badge and the protective equipment offered by the supervisor - PC/Laptop

JOB REQUIREMENTS

*Job requirements - Specialized knowledge / education: Vocational/technical training usually acquired through several years of experience on the job with additional technical/vocational training in a specialized field (specialized knowledge and insight required for the application of practical methods and techniques, work procedures and processes; seasoned to master of skilled trade) - Work experience: 1-3 years * Additional knowledge: - Some differing tasks with several potential solutions, including analysis of the situation/causes - Standardized procedures and processes, and general work instructions; progress is monitored at longer intervals - IT knowledge (MS Office, PC) - Compliance Guideline - OPTIMAIN Optional: - Specific requirements of the client
