We are looking for a talented person to join our expert team and your responsibility will be: 1/ Financial Management: • Financial planning (budget, forecasts). Monitor business performance. • Project control in coordination with third party. • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions. • Transfer Prices and Taxes in coordination with our tax team. Defining TP rates for the center base on local market. • Management & Legal Reporting. • Maintain compliance with Group guidelines and local regulations for General Accounting, including regular reconciliations between GFS (IFRS standards) and local accounting books. • Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. Budget reviews and submissions. • Work with senior teams to grow the business, formulating strategies and plans. 2/ Legal Representative: • Update and implement financial policies and procedures. • Maintain a policy manual for the finance department. Compliance IAS with VAS in local. • Responsible in legal to work with local tax, insurance government, statistic department, labor department. • Manage company policies regarding capital requirements, debt, taxation, equity, disposals and acquisitions as appropriate. • Review all contracts suppliers, third party before submit to sign off. 3/ Financial Controller: • Managing and leading a team through difficult periods including month end, year end and annual for audit. • Take overall control of the company’s accounting function. Manage all accounting operations including AR, AP, GL. • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting. • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings. • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. • Monitor Physical Inventory- Set up an annual process with ITICS team to ensure that a regular physical inventory of IT assets takes place. • Reco between IFRS & Local books. • Handling queries from Group Consolidation team. • ISO/ ISMS audit. *Opportunities • Having chance to work for worldwide customers and partners. • Having chance to work with international experts. • Gaining clear view of your career path and attractive salary. • Receiving training opportunities including many technical seminars and soft skill training courses. • Good opportunity for promotion through regular performance review system.JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Min 10 years of experience in controlling and finance function in a leadership role. Experiences in working with IT outsourced is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Financial accounting. • Advanced English/ Computer skill. • Strong performance management. • Good communication skills. • Analytical thinking/ decision making. • Strategic and innovative mindset. • Self-awareness.
