The Area Sales Director Aesthetics Vietnam for Dermalux Pte Ltd (www.dermalux.com.sg) has primary responsibilities for prospecting, planning, organizing, and implementing all prospecting activities related to the sale and distribution of the company’s entire product portfolio in the given territory. The Area Sales Director has high accountability for achieving the territory sales quotas and objectives. This is a capital sales position responsible for growing the assigned territory by generating and participating in prospecting activities related to the commercial sale of the company’s aesthetic products to physicians, health care professionals, clinics, spas and etc. • Achieve assigned daily prospecting goals in the assigned territory. Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to generate leads for the Area Sales Manager. • Evaluating, hiring, leading and developing Area Sales Manager. • Support, help promote and facilitate the execution of local and regional workshops as well as tradeshows within the territory and area. • Pre-plan daily prospecting activities and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum territory coverage. • Perform lead generation activities, such as cold calling, market research and etc. Coordinate these activities with the Area Sales Manager and inside sales team. • Maintain updated knowledge of the industry and competitive products. • Maintain compliance with all applicable quality and regulatory guidelines as an integral part of business operations. • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism. • Manage day to day sales administration activities in a detailed and timely mannerJOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 5 years of experience and track record in a sales position selling medical aesthetic products directly to physician offices. • Marketing and/or consulting experience preferred. • Knowledge of the KOLs and key accounts in the industry preferred. • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics as well as broader economic environment. • Understanding of client flow and processes at clinics and spas. • Ability to speak effectively over the telephone and face to face with employees, customers, and/or vendors. • Ability to effectively make written or oral presentations and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. • Ability to read, analise and interpret common scientific and technical journals.
