JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary: Execute brand marketing strategy to ensure the delivery of sales, margin, and market share target. Work closely with brand marketing manager to develop positioning, communication, and promotion strategies for the brand. Proactively analyze market and internal data for review and planning purpose. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver business result. Main responsibilities - Propose marketing objectives, advertising and promotion, which bases on Corporate Branding foundation, and ensure their execution for the assigned products. - Provide input to develop brand/portfolio strategy (position/message) aligned with local insights and global brand strategies. - Develop sufficient promotional materials such as brochures, catalogues, information booklet which are in line with product positioning. - Cooperate with related partners (in-house or outsource) to do market surveys on promotional programs to determine customer attitude, perception, and acceptance. - Evaluate effectiveness of promotion efforts through strictly follow up the execution of promotional programs. - Support in developing product training to field force on an ongoing basis. Keep Field Force updated on product knowledge and competitor information. - Actively assist Marketing team in arranging symposiums, seminars, public education and exhibitions in coordination with field force. - Review complaints and propose solutions relating to assigned products. - Collect, compile, verify, analyze data on market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activities to propose market opportunities for product; also data on product performance and customer feedback and make report to relevant managers. - Provide information in forecasting market’s product demand, identify potential supply issues, and develop contingency plans. - Support Marketing Manager in coordinating with agencies to develop promotional materials including both online and offline materials, i.e. eDM, Facebook post, website content, detailing Aids, consumer leaflet… which are in line with product positioning. - Ensure document/record of approval for all execution activities - Coordinate with relevant to consolidate budget and activities KPI and monitor spending activities to ensure actual spend inline with budget plan. - Ensure all business activities comply with the WHO code, Vietnam code, relevant Acts, legal demands, Abbott code of conduct and ethical standards. - Tracking & evaluate effectiveness of promotion program, manage stock left of promotion gift, propose solution/area to improve if issue happens

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Work experience - Relevant experience in a representative role in the MNC FMCG Industry/ Technology/ Retail/ Healthcare industry - At least 1-2 years at the administration or brand executive level - Prior experience in marketing, accounting, digital agency, project management is preferable Education - Bachelor's degree, Preferably in Business or Marketing​ Core skills requirement - Comprehensive industry knowledge - Good at time and project management - Basic understanding of financial and data analysis - Good communication and negotiation Behavioral / Leadership Skill - Continuous improvement behavior - Pay attention to detail & execution. - Self-driven team player - Strong interpersonal skills - Problem solving skills Language Skill - Good command of English Computer Skill - MS Office
