DAYONE is seeking a Brand and Communications Manager to support the continued growth of the GOT IT Brand. You’ll help us build our brand through social media, online and offline focuses, you’ll play a part in website management and help us ensure our brand images remain consistent, clear and concise. You will help us execute integrated marketing campaigns to deliver business objectives and marketing objectives. You will also support our sales and merchant team with client campaigns. Our ideal candidate will be exceptionally passionate about customers, creative, digital savvy and data-driven,. You will be motivated by the idea of building awareness and helping build the Got It brand in this digital world we live in today. The main tasks and responsibilities shall include but not limited to: ● Be responsible for the development of marketing strategic plans that deliver business objectives, marketing objectives; ● To manage brand identity and brand guidelines to ensure all communication materials are consistent across channels and set high brand standards; ● To manage and execute all on-line, off-line brand marketing activities of the company efficiently, ensuring the spending effectiveness for quality growth; ● Collaborate with internal departments: Sales, Product Development, Merchants, and external strategic partners to implement marketing campaigns within the timeline, budget, and KPIs as committed; ● Coordinate with internal departments and/or external (various suppliers and agencies) to ensure work results are delivered in good quality and in a timely manner and within budget; ● Analyze market, tracking competitors, customer information and providing relevant recommendations to promote the brand; ● Analyze data to optimize the performance of digital marketing campaigns; ● Actively seek opportunities to expand possibility of lead generation and brand awareness; ● Manage and ensure high response rate of all external communication activities via different channels (Facebook, website, etc.); ● Other tasks assigned by Line manager


1. Qualifications & Experience: ● Degree holder of Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related disciplines will be an advantage but are not critical ● Minimum 2 years’ experience in brand & communication management, or related functions, preferred in the e-commerce or retail industry. ● Demonstrate experience of managing SEO/SEM, marketing database and analysis, marketing email, social media, etc. 2. Skills and Competencies: ● Multi-channel marketing experience ● Innovative and active, hungry for success but a team player ● Self-motivated, detail-minded and creative with an ability to work under a tight schedule and high pressure ● Proactive team player, flexible and can-do attitude ● Honesty and trustworthiness are necessities, our values will never change ● Flexible and adaptable, our business is growing rapidly
