JOB DESCRIPTION

- Build up process mapping, procedures, documenting, JD update, planning, interview program, screening & selection criteria, practices for recruitment of how to align with compliance on local law, Nike CLS; annual business targets and achieve A level for all self- assessment by internal or external auditors.. - Build up teamwork and continuous improvement to upgrade fulfill rate; select right person for right position; - Look for improvement opportunities to reduce turnover rate in probation - Co-ordinate with C&B team to survey salary in market - Update new changes of local law & Nike requirements to reset process mapping, procedures, documenting, JD update, planning, interview program, screening & selection criteria, practices for recruitment - Update new changes of local law & Nike requirements to reset process mapping, procedures, documenting, JD update, planning, interview program, screening & selection criteria, practices for recruitment - Planning work for the team according to the development strategy of the company - Build up JD management SOP & updated periodically - Build up teamwork; mentor the members about local compliance rules; conduct soft-skill trainings such as screening; interview; data management; negotiation & presentation to develop their competences - Integrate with other functions for recommending changes to develop recruiter's competences - Build up & expand hiring channel/ source to attract a large of candidate for selection - Promote, provide training to develop skills for deputy - Review and feedback on work result of GL/TL - Make action plan for the result of hiring effectiveness analysis report - Make questionaire to survey satisfaction level of the new comer and understand problems need to be improved for reducing turnover rate in probation

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: - University and above - HRM certificate - Ms office (word/excel/ppt/email) - Good English skills at listening - speaking - reading - writing skill Experience: 03 years experiences and above with the same position Knowledge: - Knowledge of labor law & labor market - Knowledge of company's vision & strategy; Safety & HR strategy - Knowledge of setting up JD & updating skillset for each working position in HR - Basic lean tools (including: 5S, 7 wastes, TM engagement, PDCA, Quality circle, kaizen activities, TT & CT, etc.) - Understand the general HSE requirements. Skills: - Screening & Interview Skill - Effective communication skill - Problem identification & solving - Management skill - Negotiation skill - Skill of data consolidation & analysis, data driven decision & problem solving.
