JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE AND SCOPE Provide operation and maintenance services to the department. KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Schedule and ensure execution of daily, weekly and monthly maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations of a solar power plant. • Take the responsibility of monitoring the performance of the solar plant on a day-to-day basis and must be available for immediate field trips in case of any fault recover • Identify problems and develop corrective action plans scheduling and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance. • Travel to project sites and vendor locations as assigned to perform all aspects of on-site installation, repair, maintenance, oversight, and modifications as required Perform electric, mechanical and software component inspections, testing, repair, and troubleshooting, in accordance with its specifications. • Respond to emergency call outs Ensure that all O&M activities performed at project sites, requirements and warranties record and report all faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials expended on work orders. • Responsible for all required repairs, maintenance, and monitoring of all warranty claims. • Work closely with performance engineer to respond to alarms from PV System • Work closely with contractor and customers to arrange site visit for alarm respond • Perform re-energisation and de-energisation activities • Create maintenance procedures • Manage stocks of supplies and equipment. SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Perform Site Acceptance Test and Factory Acceptance test when required for Low voltage and high voltage equipment • Perform IV cure tracking to benchmark each site as part of commissioning • Perform testing & commissioning of PV System when require • Perform quality assurance & quality check on PV system • Perform weekend work when require • Perform and prepare report on Infrared scanning with Drone, detect hotspot on cells • Perform and prepare report on Infrared scanning with handheld devices on AC distribution board, MCCB, MCB, ACB and etc • Support Engineering and Project department as when require

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE • At least 3 years relevant working experience • Knowledge in maintenance of Transformer, ACB, MCB, ACDB and relays • Knowledge in Solar Industry is preferred SKILLS/COMPETENCIES & PREFERRED CHARACTERISTICS • Ability to work in Fast Pace Environment • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and advance Excel capability • Flexible and Willing to learn • Be a motivated individual who has acquired a good understanding of work ethics and driven to work objectively • Speak, read and write proficient English and Vietnamese language • Understand the basic design principles of a solar photovoltaic systems, with sufficient experience working in the industry • Able to interpret, review and work out design and construction drawings, with the support of drafters and fellow engineers • Be familiar with solar PV installations for distributed and utility scale PV projects, the specifications and associated risks from a technical aspect • Able to contribute and work efficiently as a team member and achieve objectives as a group rather than as an individual • Experience in use of SCADA is preferred • Have good problem-solving skill in electrical and mechanical systems • Have good experience in data analysis operation of monitoring software • Willingness to travel to different sites for an extended period of time • Have solid understanding of facts reporting • Observe compliance with local and company regulations • Level 1 , 2 and 3 Thermography certificate
