Commercial Planning Assistant Manager

1. Build the Channel Business Plan (monthly/quarterly/yearly) for top selected merchants/category 2. Implement key initiatives / promotional activities to ensure market excellence and business objectives are achieved 3. Deliver & Drive the assigned sales target and growth objective across categories, in line with the strategy 4. Work closely with the Marketing/Campaign/Trade Operation/Rider Operation to generate expected results and make thing happen 5. Generate and implement new commercial initiatives, this is to increase Channel sales and profitability 6. Innovative and investing on right business drivers to ensure revenue and return on investment. 7. Responsible for ongoing business analytics tracking and competitive monitoring / analysis. 8. Budget, monitor, and control all costs associated with eCommerce digital initiatives. 9. Track and monitor current eCommerce industry best practices 10. Working time: 5 days/week, 9 am – 5:30 pm 11. Working place: 2nd Floor, Master Building, 41- 43 Tran Cao Van, Ward 6, Dist 3, HCMC


1. Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4-5 years of experience in an FMCG or related environment 2. Good understanding of e-Channels business model to drive on-platform visibility. Understanding of end-user experience that relates to online purchasing 3. Good understanding / practical experience of commercial negotiation with key customers 4. Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and manage projects, cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders, cross-culture communication & issue resolutions 5. Possess good analytical skills and experience in applying data to optimize promotional activities and make recommended business decisions 6. Demonstrate Leadership, interpersonal, communication and relationship management skills to influence and drive conversations without direct authority across functions (marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, regulatory & information management).; SKILLSET 1.
