JOB DESCRIPTION

* Social: In charge all of issues of social compliance based on customer’s requirement as: - Monitor complementing Code of Conduct (COC) of factory about: Child labor, illegal labor, force labor, employment disciplines, Discrimination, Health and Safety, Environmental protection, wage and benefits, Working hours, Freedom of association and Subcontractor. -Make Environment Planand risk assessment. - Make the ethical policy and procedures depend on the local Law and customer’s requirements. - Internal audit and make a CAP (Corrective Action Plan) for factory. - Meeting the customers to get new updates. -. *C-TPAT: - Make a policy and procedure about physical security, access control, personal security, procedural security, container security, information technology security, education and training on awareness, Business partner requirement. - Internal audit C-TPAT of factory and make the CAP. - Deal with auditor when they evaluation factory. - Make a CAP and follow up after auditing. - In charge of security training and threat awareness . *FE: - Establishing SOP and procedures of production from Warehouse, Cutting, Sewing, Finishing, Packing to Finished goods warehouse. - Control, monitor and maintenance FE system to ensure the SOPs and actual of production match each other. - Update and revise SOP as production status and buyers’ requirements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Have experienced in apparel industry - At least 2 years experience in same position
