*JOB PURPOSE: Senior Accountant that will have the management on the daily accounting and administrative activities of Southeast Asia Bonfiglioli Sales branch *Key Related Activities a) Financial & administrative support to local Business Unit Country Managers b) Daily General Ledger accounting and bookkeeping c) Account Payable d) Account Receivables e) Assets Management f) Payroll accounting g) Cash and Banks management h) Cash flow supervision i) Daily and monthly tax compliance j) Preparation of the monthly reporting to parent Company k) Daily communication with Italian Headquarters l) Prepare GST and Direct Tax return m) Preparation of yearend Statutory Financial Statements n) Preparation of yearend Reporting Package for Headquarters o) Management of local AFC consultants and Audit company p) Any other activity connected with administration q) Evaluate pro and con of in house vs outsourced services r) Ensure compliance for health and safety, third party liabilityJOB REQUIREMENTS
*Specialized and Technical Knowledges: - Degree in Accountancy/ACCA/CIMA would be preferred, - Fluent English speaking and writing skills - Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills. - 5 year of experience in SAP - 3 years of experience of hedging, derivatives products for mitigating currency risk, foreign exchange risk, interest rate risks; reconciliation between IFRS and Singaporean Statutory financial reports ; Interco reconciliation; Insurance management: health insurance, property, marine cargo, public liability insurance; intellectual property management, royalty management; customer risk evaluation for credit term management; AR/AP aging, stock obsolescence management ; Internal Audit; warranty provision and claim management - 5 years of experience in Foreign Trade, Incoterms, international trade practices; international payment, corporate guarantee, international banking system/transfer, Letter of Credit, Standby L/C - 5 years experience of AR collections - 2 years experience of Management Accounting/Costing - 2 years experience of VAT/CIT/WHT return - 2 years experience of payroll booking, capex management - 3 years experience of Treasury management - 3 years experience of Budgeting/Forecasting - Knowledge of Investment Appraisal, Profitability Analysis - Knowledge of IFRS, IAS, Singaporean Accounting Standards - Knowledge of VAS, tax regulations - Knowledge of sales channels, consignment, subcontracting business - Knowledge of consolidated financial statements - Knowledge of litigation processes - Knowledge of different Investment Appraisal methods - Knowledge of electronic invoice system, electronic signature - Knowledge of Warehouse Management ; Continuous Improvement, Project Management, Time Management, Risk Management - Knowledge of legal processes - Knowledge of contract management - Knowledge of Double Tax Agreement and Relief - Knowledge of PIT finalisation in Singapore - Experience in setting up internal processes/procedures - Experience in Business Intelligence tools - Experience of Variance Analysis - Experience in stock count, asset count - Experience in Transfer Pricing Documentation - Proactive, ability to work under stress to meet deadlines *Core behaviors: • Collaboration • Impact • Accuracy • People Management • Openness • Client Orientation • Transparency & Ethics *Management Tools: SAP, MS.
