The training Executive has the full responsibility over the portfolio of training programs and courses. The training Executive implements new training programs, adjusts the current ones in a close cooperation with the line management to heading the company strategy’s achieving. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support HR Manager to survey, analyse the training needs and plan the training program for company; - Coordinate with department managers to build up and update the training programs / materials; - Design and format the training materials; - Design the survey, evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements; - Proactively discussing and proposing appropriate training courses for the departments; - Support for training activities: preparation of study materials, tests, assessments, training lists, room preparation and equipment for training sessions, support for lecturers in the courses; - Introducing information, policies, company regulations, procedures for new employees; - Learning new working skills to train employees to optimize productivity when required; - Coordinate in building up the employee engagement through some culture activities; - Support HR members in other common tasks; - Report directly to HR Manager.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree or master degree - At least 1 years of experience in training position or related; - Experienced in the relevant positions in international companies is an advantage; - Communication skills & Negotiation skills; - Strong knowledge of training processes and procedures; - Time Management skills; - English is a must; - Attitude: Honest, hard – working; Responsible, enthusiastic and teamwork; Positive and result- oriented; - Age: 24 – 35; - Others: Be able to travel overseas if required; training professional programs certification is preferable.
