*Main Purpose of Job: - Main purposes: Is the Market guardian of food safety and compliance and the challenger of all functions (Suppliers, Factories, Co-Man, Logistics, Product Services,...) to drive Nestlé Continuous Excellence in the pursuit of zero defect as the essential base for maintaining consumer trust and preference. *Main Responsibilities: 1. People and know-how: Develop and maintain competences and quality awareness, and commitment to zero defect in the market 2. Quality System: Communicate, fully implement and enforce Nestlé Quality Management System requirements in the market. 3. Technical assistance: Assist other departments in the entire value chain and provides them with services necessary to ensure quality in their fields. 4. Develop the Process and Quality Assurance System to manage the new I2L, Innovation/ Renovation projects of Market 5. Quality auditing and verification: Ensure that a quality system is in place, is efficient and obtains expected results for the Nestlé production facilities, contract manufacturers, suppliers and warehouses or distribution centres. 6. Root Cause analysis and action plan: Monitor quality performance in the operating companies for opportunities to improve in the quest for zero defect. Lead the market level management review of quality process. 7. Crisis & Incidents Management: Member of the crisis committee for all product-related crises and incidents. Lead the follow-up of crises/major quality failures. 8. Quality strategy: Responsible for the development and implementation of the quality strategy throughout the business and monitors its enforcement by establishing relevant KPIs. 9. Track Quality costs, Non-quality costs & Quality operations budget


*Requirements: _ Bachelor degree of Food science and technology or related applied science _ At least 8 years experience in quality management (in charge of position Quality Manager) for Foods & Beverages industry.. _ English skill ( listenning, speaking, reading and writing) _Statistical process control _ Able to communicate effectively _ Team work _ Problem Solving Skills _ Leadership and people development skills _ Presentation skill _ Listening and learning skill _ Result focus _ Computer skill: MS Office _ Willing to work under high pressure, working overtime in the case of requirement. _ Faithful and carefully _ Willing to travel in and out side boundary when requested _ Enthusiastic
