Plan, propose and deploy internal communications strategies to ensure that messages of the Board of Directors can be fully communicated to all employees.
Plan, propose and implement activities to develop and maintain organizational culture.
Develop strategy, media plan and corporate brand communication content.
Propose annual event plans / detailed plans for each specific event.
Propose list of channels for PR and plan to use them. Analyze the roles and relationship of these channels to ensure effective use.
Draft press releases, articles and speeches of the Board of Directors.
Plan and organize internal events, collective activities to create corporate bonds among employees.
Develop media contents, events on internal channels, multimedia platforms and Fanpage.
Manage, expand, develop multimedia platforms and internal communication channels.
Plan and produce media products such as videos, audios, infographic.
Operate and maintain company groups, clubs and movement activities.
Organize and operate visitation activities for employees and relatives of employees.
Perform different tasks assigned by direct managers.
Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Communication, Public Relations or related fields.
3+ years of experience at equivalent positions in large organizations. Candidates with experience working in the field of journalism, communication and events planning will be prioritized. Experienced working in IT companies is an advantage.
Love communicating and making contact with other people.
Strong knowledge of social media (blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
Creativity, able to come up with many ideas for company events and shows.
Have knowledge and experience in organizing collective cultural events, movements. Have artistic talents such as singing and dancing.
Ability to film and take photos. Knowledge about graphic design is an advantage.
Ability to connect, encourage people. Take initiative in coordinating and implementing work.
Dynamic, confident, good communication and presentation skills.
