1. Planning - Make the Monthly sale plan by dealer, by MTP-G, Product Mix - Planning for the account expansion. 2. Sale Execution - Distributors: + Well management (Inventory, finance…) & well supporting to ensure deliver the monthly sale plan + Monthly recruit new distributors to expand the sale channel - End-user: Fleet approach + Well take care current key fleets & increase Bridgestone’s in house share in those fleets + Recruit new potential fleet to support for sell out increasing - Sub-Dealers: + Support Distributors to connect sale with Sub dealer + Develop Sub-dealer to be direct dealer or distributor - Receiving customer feedback and handling customer's complaint 3. Market development - Survey market and propose new candidate to develop sale channel - Studying & Finding key source of growth for coming year in charge territory - Update and report the market's activity - Survey and update demand forecast (by Dealer, by SKU) based on market information Location: Hochiminh City, Can Tho, Mekong DeltaJOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales Interpersonal skills, negotiation skill, proactive, leadership and working under high pressure Good at English communication Working experience in MNC is preferable.
