Customer Experience Analyst

Main responsibilities 60% for data analysis - Design & build automated reporting dashboard on BI platform - Maintain on-going reports & conduct ad-hoc analysis if required from management team - Has ability to understand business operations and translate questions into effective analysis based on the goals behind specific asks - Communicate findings effectively and translates them into recommended actions accordingly 40% for project management - Initiate project to improve customer experience with relevant stakeholders through customer insights - Has ability to plan, execute & evaluate impact of action being taken - Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope & budget through close coordination & clear communication with stakeholders


Education: Bachelor degree in Data related field. Bonus for e-commerce & customer experience knowledge 2+ years of experience using SQL is required 1+ year of experience designing and building automated reporting dashboards with data visualization tool such as PowerBI, Tableau Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word Strong communication skills (both in verbal and written Vietnamese / English) Good problem-solving skill Can-do & go-beyond job description attitude Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work with colleagues well in a high pressured, fast-moving environment
