Mission: • Ensure Sanofi Consumer Healthcare (CHC) sales activities are met according to corporate policies and strategies, with the objective of achieving marketing and sales objectives and ensuring prescription share gain • Manage CHC Ethical sales employees reporting into this role. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure the right KPIs are met. • This is a position managing 70 manpower complement for CHC ethical sales which is approx 20% of total CHC sales. Manages 60 reps, 8 reps and 1 tender manager. Job Responsibilities: 1.Team Management of Sanofi Employees: • Lead and manage sales force • Control and approve monthly expenses (operational expenses, allowances, tactical fund spending, etc.) • Foster Professional development of each member of the medical sales team according to the policy of the company. 2. Strategy: • Collaborate with other departments on the development of CHC medical sales strategy and implementation of corporate systems. • Ensure that Sanofi CHC medical sales strategy is attuned to current market dynamics by proper gathering and analysis of competitive intelligence data and gain market share. 3.Sales Activities: • Ensure that Sanofi CHC medical sales objectives are met within agreed expenditures. • Ensure achievement of team KPIs (ie. call adherence , call load, activity implementation) • Review results of tactical activities, oversee the attainment of sales target in order to ensure smooth and flawless implementation of sales strategy and achieve sale objectives. • Coordination with Marketing Department in order to execute well and implement all the product medical campaign. 4.Coordination with Zone Center of Excellence, Commercial and BOSD: • Conduct periodic business reviews with Zone Commercial team • Ensure proper coordination and implementation of CHC Global Commercial initiatives (ie. Make The Difference, Win with HCPs..) 5. Risk Assessment: • Responsible in assessing all risk involved in the scope mentioned in the Position Mission Statement IN ORDER TO safeguard the company from possible exposure. 6. HSE Responsibilities: • Responsible in complying and meeting all HSE roles and responsibilities in accordance to the existing HSE Policy. 7. Educational background: Bachelor’s Degree, or preferably Post-graduate Degree. Years of experience and in what field: • Minimum of 5 years in Sales Management • Pharmaceutical & OTC experience • With experience in people management, at least 5 years Special skills and credentials required to do the job: • Skills in leading peers • Experience in working via matrix organization (SEA1Nation impact) • Strong analytical skills tempered by depth of experience • Proficient in Windows application • Excellent communication skills, ability to speak in English is a must.
