POSITION: PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST - INDIRECT CATEGORY / FACILITIES SERVICE ***INDIRECT CATEGORY (Material Repair Operation, Facility, Service apartment, IT & Telecom, Travel, Audio-visual Equip, Office Furniture, Stationery, Promotion Item for Marketing...)​ - Work location: District 4 - HCMC - Working time: Monday - Friday ATTRACTIVE BENEFIT: + Working in TOP 100 Viet Nam Best Places To Work + Full insurance + Yearly bonus (KPI Performance) + Health Insurance + Health checking + Year End party + Annual leave: 14 day + Laptop for work + Professional environment + Friendly colleagues open to sharing ---------- MAIN DUTIES: ​1.Category management - Form up the Facilities Services crossfunctional teams to operate under category management model, guide the cross-functional teams to achieve goals while assuring the right process is followed and the right tools are used - Develop robust Facilities Services Category plans that shape the team’s priorities and track actual against planned progress, ensuring due cognisance of the requirements and inputs from the management, stakeholders, and other teams - Manage Facilities Services category founded & operated based on 5 key principles (1) cross-functional team approach (2) strong supply market knowledge (3) make change happen (4) stakeholder engagement (5) use of facts and data - Manage Facilities Services category management process following five phases (1) initiation (2) analysis (3) category strategy (4) implementation (5) continuous improvement 2.Strategic sourcing - Execute daily Facilities Services strategic sourcing following proper process from (1) needs assessment (make or buy analysis/ developing specifications) (2) market analysis (3) portfolio analysis (4) supplier relationship analysis (5) risk management (6) supplier selection (7) contracting and in strict compliance with company/ procurement policy, codes of business conduct, applicable laws, Insee Contractor Safety Management, and ethical standards - Drive the realization of savings, supply efficiency, quality, and process improvements - Run local Facilities Services RF-x, Eauction, create purchase contracts, purchase orders and others as assigned, within authorised signature limits 3. Contract management - Service delivery management including: (1) performance management (2) issue management (3) risk management -Relationship management including (1) identify needs of stakeholders (2) establish communication with all stakeholders (3) manage supplier reviews 4.Supplier relationship management - Manage and maintain healthy & sustainable supplier data base of Facilities Services - Ensure that suppliers have necessary capacity and stock arrangements to support the business requirements - Ensure that robust contingencies are in place for critical items (alternate suppliers/ factories/ items, business continuity plans etc.) 5.Project management - Manage Facilities Services projects following proper process & using proper tools which include (1) team role definition (2) Adair model (3) stakeholder management (4) risk management (5) change control process (6) project governance (7) handover


1. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor degree - Good command of English and Vietnamese 2. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE - Experience in a previous procurement role (sourcing, operations) with exposure to supply chain management, strategic sourcing and optimal procurement processes and standards - Demonstrated performance in working within cross-functional teams, with requisite drive and energy to ensure that a challenging benefits and capability building agenda is successfully delivered - Experience acquired in a MNC, especially in construction/building material industry is a plus Integrity and high commitment - Good written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate at crossfunction in both English and Vietnamese language - Effective time management, planning and organization skills - Ability to deal with ambiguities, conflicts and adversarial relationships - Good negotiation skills - Proven ability in analysis and interpretation of data 3. LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES - Demonstrates strong ethics to create a safe and trusting working environment - Ability to adapt with change by flexibility in thinking & action to get it done better - Shows openness to new ideas & accept the differences - Self-organized in daily operation
