Sales Manager (Chemical Ingredient for Agricuture/crop Protection)

** This is an exciting role which will play an important role in Vietnam team to develop sales of agrochemical product portfolio to grow the company business. ** Work location: Ho chi minh city Your main responsibilities will be following but not limited to: • Manage and develop the existing customers and recruit new customers • Identify new business opportunities in this area and develop new businesses, obtain new suppliers and product line. • Manage the needs of a growing customer base, make regular visits to these accounts to build, maintain and manage relationships with key contacts at all levels • Identify and recommend new product range opportunities through market survey. • Gather and analyse market knowledge about product, competitor and industry to enable development of the forward strategy of the business. • Ensure compliance and conformity with local regulations for new businesses.


• Bachelor Degree, preferred Chemical Engineering background • Proficiency in English Good Mandarin language will be a plus • 5 years of experiences in supervisory role • At lease 2 years experiences in technical sales role, with products related to additives / active ingredients to crop protection industry •Good communication and negotiation skills • Good team player • Highly organized, able to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Prolem solver
