• Plan marketing and branding objectives. • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects • Be responsible for and suggest the MKT strategy and budget based on the planned activities • Manage all channels to run advertisement for restaurant and internal campaigns including media planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting on social platforms. • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns • Develop and manage Digital & PR Marketing campaigns • Oversee the social media strategy for the restaurant including Facebook, forum seeding and manage customer care. • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the restaurant website.JOB REQUIREMENTS
• At least 3 year experience at customer service/ MKT/ branding/ advertising/ event in restaurant or related experience. • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing/Media online… • Strong Experience in Designing, Building and Developing all projects from the beginning to the end result • Strong understanding of customer, market dynamics and requirements • Having experience in offline marketing and back-end development of websites and applications is a plus • Analytical and logical thinking, timing & result orientation • Fluent in English (written and oral) and Korean OR Chinese. • Based in Nha Trang and can go on business trip to Da Nang or other provinces if required Lương: 8-12tr.
