Learning & Development Manager

Establish onboarding procedures which ensure new talent feel welcome and all team members are prepared for the new talent arrival. Supervises the performance of Training. Counsels associates as needed in areas such as career planning, training and development, employee relations etc. Implements and monitors an effective employees relation. Develops and implements programs to ensure employee security and safety. Motivate talent through recognition and rewards program. Implement and maintain effective talent related activities and motivational programs. Plan, coordinate and execute internal talent events to ensure talent engagement and promote a good and efficient working atmosphere. This position is responsible to oversee and manage the learning and development process for all talent in the hotel. This position will ensure that all learning activities support AccorHotels philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution. The Learning and Development Manager will co-ordinate the actions of the hotel leaders and team in the elements of the Talent Journey including but not limited to, Employer Branding, Recruitment & Selection, Induction & Onboarding, Performance Management & Feedback, Learning & Development, Talent Potential Identification, Career Management, Culture Diversity & Inclusion, Policies & Procedures, Corporate Social Responsibility and Satisfaction & Engagement with the objective of providing business support to all departments through collaboration and coaching. The Learning and Development Manager is to ensure that all members of the team are aware of the company mission, live the values and are consistent in their behavior to enable excellence in serving and anticipating guest needs.


Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development roles, with at least 3 years in managerial level. Excellent interpersonal skills with ablility to communicate with all levels of talent. Smart, active, initiative, self-motivated and positive attitude. Good interpretation and training techniques. Good teamwork and able to work effectively and contribute in a team. Up to date on L&D trends and practices in the market
