Accounting • Monitored accounts receivable sub-ledger and ensured receivables are collected in a timely manner • Reconciled accounts receivable sub-ledger with general ledger on a weekly and monthly basis • Performed posting of customer payments by recording checks, cash and credit card transactions • Resolved collection issues by coordinating with collection department, examining customer payment plans, payment history, and credit line • Summarized receivables by preparing reports, maintaining invoice accounts, verifying totals and coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account • Ensured timely receipt of payment and resolved any discrepancies in areas of accounting Administrative tasks • To prepare correspondence regarding taxation, social and health insurance and union fees for executive review and signature. • To be responsible for overseeing the procurement of equipment and supplies for the offices, ensuring adherence to procurement guidelines. • To oversee the booking of flights and accommodation for HKVN staff as required. • Ensure the timely submission of permission to travel documentation Human Resource • Participating in recruitment efforts • Administering new employment assessments • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up training, preparing email address, name card, etc.) • Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system • Liaise with Government to continually update the situation of increase and reduction in salary and staff numbers. • Prepare quarterly tax declaration for HKVN staffs. Other Duties Coincidental to the Position • Review and recommend procedural changes to ensure compliance with policy and improve work processes. • Communicate in a timely manner with Administrative Manager when issues arise with financial reporting so that solutions may be found in a timely manner. • Other duties as requested by Administrative Manager.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience • University degree in finance and accounting or other relevant disciplines. • 01-02 years experiences in a Finance and Administration role with similar responsibilities. • Good in English and Vietnamese (both oral and written). Required Personal Attributes • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and to take initiative. • Honest, meticulous, responsible and well organized.
