A F&B Account Manager is responsible for growing sale and for servicing customers in a designated area The F&B Account Manager’s success is evaluated not only on the achievement of monthly sales target & budget, but also on the ability to develop his/her associates & provide each customer with prompt, reliable, & personal service. Main Responsibilities: • Effectively maintain & service an already-developed customer base within a specifically assigned area in the F&B industry • Creatively prospect for new accounts & develop new customers in the area • Perform basic technical activities & testing of Ecolab system(s) at the customer sites • Accurately gather customer’s requirements & changes – effectively interpret, manage, & fulfill them to the customer’s highest satisfaction possible • Provide basic technical presentations & training for customers & distributor(s) • Work with Ecolab’s Corporate Accounts team for the development and implementation of Ecolab’s strategies and initiatives • Consistently meet &and/or exceed monthly sales/profitability target through ethical and sound business practices • Comply with the company’s requirements on sales calls, customer visits, reporting frequency/details • Promote safe work practices • Ensure regulatory compliance & maintain a positive team environment • Co-work with and support associates’ success by providing tools, resources, & coaching and/or sharing business information and plan to the team


• BS/BA degree in food or agricultural sciences, food engineering, chemistry, biology or related fields • 3 - 5 years’ experience in working with food, beverage, brewery or dairy industries. For those who have sale experience (especially for seafoods, meat, vegetable) are preferable • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and to adapt to changing priorities • Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills • Ability to work independently and set own schedule • Proven leadership track record • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand what the customer needs • Analytical ability to effectively identify and resolve problems independently • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, email, internet) • Good command of English • Working Location: Danang, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho • Salary: Competitive
