Receive and respond to email inquiries from Service Flatform (email, live chat box, database system) o Process account change inquiries on network providers on PhoneBox system and Network Systems (TELUS, Rogers, Bell) o Process activation requests on both prepaid and postpaid accounts o Submit account change inquiries and answer questions received on LiveChat and SMS messages, and receive and process inquiries received on the phone. o If not able to answer directly to the requests, create a ticket and share it with other coworkers from the headquarter o File a daily report and share it with other coworkers on customer inquiries received o The work hour shift may vary depending on the requirement.


Qualifications and Skills: - University/College Bachelor Degree - Proficiency in both written and spoken English. - Loves helping people - Detail oriented - Computer skills - Documentation Skills - Self-discipline - Positive Attitude - Ability to work under pressure, while working effectively within a team Working hour: Shift work Working location: At home
