Property Manager

1. Buildup and follow strictly the operating procedures and policies to make sure the best quality of operation. 2. Oversee performance of third-party suppliers (Security, Cleaning, Garbage Collection, Outsourced Maintenance, etc) to ensure the operation is not interrupted and that adequate support is available 3. Prepare proposals that relate to all aspects of the building operation (Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, Garbage Collection, etc) and submit to Line Manager. 4. Monitor all general activities onsite and highlight areas of risk that could impact the operation of all buildings. 5. Build up the plan to train relevant employees about relevant operation (Fire Protection System, Technical, safety, …) 6. Responsible for solving all issues / problems and make sure complied with Company policies. 7. Record all complaints involving the building to be solved promptly and efficiently, and report issues immediately to Line Manager. 8. Build up the annual budget. 9. Cooperate closely with other departments to get the smoothly operation results. 10. To be involved in staff interview process. 11. Proactively involve in problem solving with Line Manager when required. 12. Initiative in working with suppliers to find the best solution (present/backup) for company’s operations. 13. Set up the plans with different scenarios for all departments and service suppliers to assure the operation in contingency status. 14. Ensure that suitable equipment/technical stuffs are purchased in sufficient quantities and right quality. 15. Oversee the technical team activities: ensure correct scope and implementation of annual preventative & maintenance plan. 16. Ensure that a suitable manpower structure is set up across all departments to deliver a smooth operation. 17. Other tasks are required by Line Manager or BOD


• University graduated • At least 10 years working experience (03 years in the same level) • Experience in manage Building with high standard • Excellent in setting up process with efficient result. • Good health and full energy. • Very good communication skill • Fluent in English • Strong experience in problem solving • Experience working with third parties / suppliers • Customer service mind-set • Willing to work over time (when needed) • Honest, hard-working, responsibility, team work & independent • Good skill in training
