Workforce Admin Team Lead (HRIS)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Department : HR Shared Services Reporting to : Workforce Admin Regional Lead Working location: Ho Chi Minh office A/ General job scope: The Work Force Admin Team Lead provides leadership and direction to the Workforce Admin teams and provide subject matter expertise on respective process and performs administrative/ transnational activities (eg. HR database transactions). B/ Main responsibilities: • Implements & monitors agreed quality standards, including reviewing and adjusting KPIs / SLAs of all HR process • Lead, coach, motivate, train and inspire direct reports to deliver team and project goals and develop talented individuals who can move on to other HR roles or other roles in the business • Provides day to day guidance and direction to the Workforce Admins teams to ensure excellent handling of queries and requests • Oversees execution of all Work Force Admin Advisor/Specialist activities, plans daily service delivery and manages individual service performance • Oversees compliance monitoring, quality assurance and data protection activities • Drive operational efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement, customer service and meeting SLAs • Ensure effective use of enabling technology including case management tool and building up information available to people managers and employees (FAQs, Knowledge Base) • Monitor team performance and customer satisfaction with retained HR, business leaders and people managers. Analyses and improves team performance • Review and approve creation and update in process documentation including but not limited to – HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Standard Supporting Documents (SSD) • Ensures review and execution process controls, quality and compliance activities (audits, SOP adherence, etc.) • Primary back-up for Regional Lead in business meetings and administrative activities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree in Business, HR or related field preferred • Experience in multiple areas of HR, expertise in HR administrative processes (ex: leave of absence, separations) management (3-4 years) or HR system • Experience in working in a shared service organization preferred • Experience with data management, working in an HR system (SAP preferred) • Proven effective team leader, experience coaching, mentoring • Relationship management experience with client-focus • Strong problem solving and analytical skills • Understanding of controls, quality, & compliance • Fluent in English
