We are looking for an experienced and talented Brand and Content Manager to help take our brand reputation to the next level for FITIN.VN, a brandnew high-tech e-commerce solution in furniture and home styling in Vietnam. In this role, you will report to Commercial Head work closely with other sales and marketing managers to to help lead, develop and execute integrated marketing communication efforts. We expect you be able to express our company’s solutions creatively, ensure all marketing content produced is up to date, brand compliant and consistent across all channels. This position is best suited for someone who has a passion for storytelling and brand-building, impeccable organization, critical thinking, and poise under pressure. Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Planning: • Develop branding and content strategies for marketing campaigns and channels in accordance with integrated marketing strategies and brand strategies • Building a multi-channel content strategy based on business goals and customer insight; • Planning & managing content development on Owned Media channels of the brand (Website, App, Fanpage ...) to achieve results of reach, interaction, leads ... • Manage content on different paid and earned channels, ensuring alignment with the brand and communication strategies. Brand Communications Management: • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels, lead brand positioning efforts, and drive ideas for campaigns. • Develop compelling content briefs that align with the overall communication strategies • Work with agencies for seeking big idea, media planning • Lead launch and sustaining campaign efforts from inception to completion, including the creative content strategy and integration across functions. Content Production: • Drive and lead the creation and creative development of content for use across teams and platforms. • Create and maintain story calendars with engaging story angles, ensuring strategic alignment, consistency and brand compliance • Catch up on trends and updates to build creative content for owned, paid and earned media channels. Management: • Provide leadership, mentor-ship, and opportunity for improvement to brand and content team • Managing and working with content partners such as agencies, collaborators, journalists, etc.


Requirements • 5+ years experience in content and/or brand marketing experience, with a strong focus in B2C digital marketing • Proven track record in marketing and brand campaign to drive brand awareness and sales • Experience in leading and developing story-telling approaches and content strategies in marketing, with a preference for e-retail, websites and other digital platforms • Analytic- and insight-driven capability in brand and marketing initiatives • Ability to lead and grow a team, with very strong communications, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
