* Role purpose: - To help businesses implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by determining the requirements of a project or program, and communicating them clearly to stakeholders, facilitators and partners. - To research & make analysis that supports decision-making process at senior management level, and ensuring continuous improvement of such processes for the whole business in the company. - To build projections, valuations, and analysis. - To develop business requirements documentation, preserving data integrity and participating in data migration procedures design, leading projects in a cross functional environment and utilizing root-cause analysis techniques to identify problems and recommend rectifications and solutions. - To provide guidance that optimizes business performance. *Responsibilities: 1. Analyze the business need and impact of new products and services on the system and suggest solutions. Supervise User Requirements, Business Analysts in daily operations and specific projects. Analyze the existing software systems and find out defects or incapability within them 2. Monitoring IT Project to meet timeline and within the budget, control the deliverables from the vendor and cost effective. Allocate BA resources for projects to make sure project is on time and within budget. 3. Co-ordinate with eBao team to final the scope and monitoring for system working properly. Work with user to final the user requirements for system change, system modification and cost analysis to meet the IT budget and archive targets. Recommend potential business solution(s) for the specified business requirements. 4. Be part of the project team to implement the core application system. Integration outside components, and programming to meet local business needs. Co-ordinate with various parties such as user team, Technical team, BA on systems security and quality issues. 5. Understand the architecture of the systems and give specifications to the development team involved in the development process so that the systems developed are compatible to the operating system, hardware, etc. Plan budgets to upgrade/enhance the existing systems to meet the requirements of users and that suit the current industry requirementsJOB REQUIREMENTS
* Qualification - Should have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science - A minimum of 10 years of experience with extensive exposure in the Business Analyst and must have experience in life insurance business. - Having experience in software development is also essential to work as BA manager as this is one of the senior positions in the software industry. - Preferably had worked or been trained in an international environment.
