JOB DESCRIPTION

• Planning and training recruitment, human resource development • Operating all HR-related activities; • Developing career development programs for employees. • Developing regulations on compensation and encouragement measures - encouraging laborers. • Personnel budgeting. Development of promotion and replacement policy. • Human resource planning to better serve the business and strategy of the company • Proposing the organizational structure and operating apparatus of the Company. • Advising the Board of Directors to build up the organizational structure of the company • Supporting other departments in personnel management and bridge between the management and employees in the company. Supporting for related departments on staff training, staff recruiting methods, etc. Supporting to related departments in administrative work.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
