The Head Office and Transformer Factories are located in Hanoi, High Voltage and Medium Voltage Power Product factories are in Bac Ninh, other branch offices are in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. Tasks: ABB Vietnam is seeking a Senior Sales specialist in EP division in building segment who would be responsible for Sales and business development. Based in Ho Chi Minh city in Vietnam and reporting to Southern Sales Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to: • Manage sales activity deployment and business generation to achieve yearly targets for BU EPWA and KNX. • Promote KNX and BA through Consultants, Contractors, End-users, System Integrator. • Coordinate with sales team for full offers for building and infrastructure projects. • Build and update the market intelligence project pipeline, list of contractors, consultant, panel builders and distributers. • Align business to comply with EPWA and KNX Products Portfolio. • Manage Marketing and Channel partner marketing by: 1. Manage the products and marketing for low voltage EPWA and KNX product nationwide. 2. Facilitate business development activities and support sales and marketing team to increase the market share. 3. Setup new channel partners and asses the technical competency and compliance of channel partners. 4. Consistently investigate and improve the product area by updating the procedures and in with market trends. • Develop team direct and indirect subordinates by relevant training course, fostering talent motivation and promotion. To be considered for this role, you should have, • University degree in Electrical/Automation Engineer. • 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, business development and product development with relevant consultants panel builders and contractors in multinational organizations at management level. • Good command of spoken and written English. Computer literacy. • Attention to detail, Self-Starters, ability to learn, good communication skills and result-oriented. • Capacity to be a good team leader, driving force for team success and management knowledge. • Able to work under pressure and willing to travel within assigned territory.
