1. Fleet Management (30%) - Fleet sizing, maintenance, permits... - Execute annual fleet sizing study and propose investment and/or improvement action plan - Plan and execute the maintenance plan in according to group/entity operating procedures, regulations with minimum cost and maximum fleet availability for continuous operation; update the maintenance reports. - Be responsible for updating and obtaining all of the required permits and keep the permit reports updated. 2. Group bulk logistics projects implementation (30%) - IBO: Telemetry, BLAC,OBC - Be the contact window with cluster/ ROC to update group projects timeline and requirement - Be the internal coordinator for implementation the projects - Be responsible for on-time and on-budget projects implementation - Update and report on the projects' status to the local management team 3. Road safety, training and qualification for drivers (20%) - IMS, qualification... - Study and implement on time the road safety programs required from group (IMS, fatigue management, defensive driving, seeing-machine), from company (disciplinary, motivation), and from the local regulation - Be responsible for planning and implementing the driver annual training plan as well as managing and implementing the qualification program - Supervise and train drivers with respect to operating procedures, regulations, safety and quality. 4. Bulk logistics improvement projects (10%) - safety, efficiency... - Study, propose, and implement the safety improvement proposals - Study, propose, and implement the efficiency improvement proposals 5. Other task (10%) - PvD management. - Dispatching optimization and back-upJOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Education: Bachelor of Automobile Engineering Technology/ Transportation management/ Chemistry, Technical (mechanical, automation...) 2. Work experience: at least 3 years experience related to Vehicle maintenance management & Driver management & Logistic management - Preferably with vehicle management, driver management, scheduling, and safety management - Preferable experience in working for FDI enterprises with ERP and chemical related transportation - Having experience on industrial gas logistic is a big plus 3. Foreign language - English: fluently Computer skills: experience with ERP related to sales 4.
