JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage products, as Automatic Infusion Pump and main responsibilities are:  - Approach the customers and making good relationship with all appointed customers  - Set up and manage customer’s profile, develop potential customers  - Advice, Introduce & sell B. Braun products (Medical devices) to customers  - Responsible for develop and implement new sales and marketing strategies  - Prepare all necessary documents for tender (if any)  - Consult and train for the users.  - Escalate as appropriate situations where customer satisfaction is compromised or contractual obligations are unlikely to be met.  - Complete all personal administration in a timely and accurate manner.  - Report all activities to direct report line manager.  - Co-operate with other department for Seminar, Exhibition event (if any).  - Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process.  - Be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.  - Be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.  - Other tasks as assigned by the Direct Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 - Bachelor's of Pharmacy or Engineering Degree, especially in Medical Equipment, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering with 1-3 years of working experience;  - Having experience of working in Pharmaceutical & Medical Industry is advantageous;  - Having a basic knowledge of technical or professional field and mastery of skills in assigned area;  - Good selling skill and able to deal with customers;  - Good product knowledge (after being trained);  - Good command of English;  - Excellent communication skill; good analytical and planning skill;  - Able to work in team or work individually; good networking skill;  - Hardworking, patient & self - motivated, high sense of responsibility, confident;  - Commercial and business awareness.
