Administration Officer

- Support general administrative and clerical activities of the Office, including assisting HR and Accounting Team; - Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed; - In charge of the maintenance of office premises, ensuring functionality of the office equipment and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed; - Dealing with third party suppliers including contract management from contracting to renewing; - Acting as Car Fleet coordinator of the RO’s cars, including driver’s schedule; - Arrange travel and accommodations; - Support to organize meetings and other special events, including ordering services and renting meeting spaces; - Provide administrative support in liaising with local authorities concerning in order to meet the statutory requirements imposed on RO; - Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.


• Bachelor degree in law is preferable with working experience within the pharmaceutical sector; • 1 year of experience for entry level positions, having experiences in similar position is preferential; • Prior experience using Excel and Microsoft Office; • Fluent in English; • Soft skills needed: good interpersonal and communication, notable organisation skills, being able to multitask, negotiation, problem solving skills, acting with integrity, accountability, ability to gather data, compile information, prepare reports, maintaining records, ability to quickly learn, ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information; conflict resolution and/or mediation skills; comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team.
