JOB DESCRIPTION

Mission Responsible for the deployment and management of HR for stores / companies in charge. Perform periodic reports directly management. Responsible for the security of the information you hold. Activities 1. Ensure Recruitment - Develop recruitment data; - Support the implementation of recruitment procedures in stores/departments – Understand recruitment procedures to apply and support; - Launch recruitment announcement by internal channel (stick announcement on notice board) and by external channel (contact with employment center or press agency); - Pre-selection interview (internal promotion and external recruitment); - Ensure proper implementation of wage policy (in stores and parts) when the labor contract; Follow, management plans to recruit high season; - Support the implementation HR structure of stores/ departments based on the standard HR structure of stores/ departments; - Coordinating Regional HRBP analyze the situation recruitment at stores; 2. Ensure Salary - Complete responsible for following, checking HSL when Payroll team sent; - Coordinate Responsible HR Partners employee records according to procedures; - Check time attendance, all kinds of documents related to payroll; - Check Payroll & Related reports; Support partners complete the task, professional development; 3. Ensuring Bonus & Benefits - Control and responsible for the accuracy of the list plus Big cents; - Coordinate with C&B Part completed annual award reviews campaign, communication assessment process; - Receive, consultation & resolve questions of employee-related to welfare schemes according to the company policy; - Monitor and coordinating with store to held awarded skilled worker, seniority; - Implement projects HRBP; 4. Ensure Labour Relations - Store Supervisor comply with the process of the Company; - Coordinate with Regional HRBP monitor implementation company rules and policies; - Consulting, participate in solving the case and stores/departments; - Implementation independent and combine professional knowledge labour laws, skills and rules to good handle all cases of disciplinary employee/labour disputes, employee disciplined; - Report of the disciplined; 5. Ensure in collaboration with Training Department - Organize training activities for new employees (all grades); - Organize training activities labour regulations, HR policies for staff all grades; - Control implementation training process in stores; - Ensure the implementation with procedures to welcome new employees; - Meet and supply support consultancy to help employees quickly integrate new environment; - Based on the evaluation results and actual needs of stores/departments, combine with stores/departments proposed back up positions to Resources Develop Department building a specific training schedule (Acting interact with resources Development Department); - Communicate with managers the information related work environment (rumors, problems arise, ...) - In case of employees leave, find out the cause of through severance interview; - Understand the day to day business of operations to develop from time to time the simplification processes, and initiatives to improve the status-quo and store workload ect..; 6. Elaborate and provide monthly reports/ HR KPI reports - Follow the evolution of headcount in stores/ departments, seasonal employee, HR budget, labour productivity, internal promotion, labour relation; - Periodically report to HR Director and concerning departments (Store manager, Accounting, HR Controlling, IT, Customer service, General Expenses…); - Report upon requests; 7. Ensure Other HR manager - Manage personnel files; - Follow labor contract, including: new contract, renewed contract, and appendix; - Follow contract terms (Probation period, ending fixed-term contract, seasonal contract); - Control visa procedures, working permit, resident card for expatriates (if any); - Monitor/ Control the best implementation of internal HR policies and procedures; - Ensure and control the implementation of internal regulations and collective labour agreement; - Update and ensure the exactitude of HR database in SAP; - Control data calculated concerning the salary; - Control staff’s time-keeping; - Elaborate and follow CFE and GMC insurance procedures for expatriates (if any); - Control Gras Savoye insurance procedures for employee with 3 years of seniority and 24/24 insurance for all employee; - Check the formalities of social insurance & Gras Savoye insurance’s reimbursement; - Organize annual physical examination for employee; - Control staff’s uniform and work equipment;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor degree, majoring in HR, law/ Business Administration; - At least 3 years in HR field, at least 1 year in similar position; - Understanding labour regulation, labor law, insurance, personnel income tax, HR policies; - Time management; - Teamwork, team leader; - Good communication skill; - Relation elaborating and maintaining skill; - Fluent in English; - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Power Point
