*** Responsible for planning, organizing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share through higher penetration and awareness of hospitals brand. - Identify and map the target customers (patients/regionally – corporate & non-corporate) - Plan and organize initiatives like seminars and conferences to increase product-promotion participation, doctors’ referral. - Organize seminars and lectures for promotion of the activities and services of the medical faculty and specialties. - Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community - Develop hospitals/ clinics unit level advertising plan. - Running web marketing (management Facebook, Management HP, gathering information and analysis) *** Explore newer services and opportunities with the clients and build long term relationships - Make proposals, demonstrations and presentations to hospitals/ clinics clients. - Service current clients, client retention and follow- ups. - Develop and nurturing new market and client support and coordination activities - Manage and ensure high quality service delivery to high-end corporate clients. - Interact with physicians. - Report on feedback received through marketing activities *** Plan and direct procedures for various specialized medical packages & services. - Plan and supervise the content of the brochures - Develop and determine the price list of packages like Primary health checkup, etc. Coordinate with the corporate marketing team for the effective implementation of marketing strategies *** Process the insurance claims for the corporate: counsel patients about the procedures and process of insurance authorization and insurance claims *** Plan and regulate the expenses of the marketing activities *** Responsible for marketing campaign for hospitals/ clinics services - Lead a team of marketing o archive the topline revenue - Train and lead teams to plan and organize initiatives like seminars and conferences to increase product- promotion participation, doctors’ referral - Organize CMEs /Seminars and lectures for promotion of the activities and services of the medical faculty and specialties. - Organize outreach programs with prospective patient community - Liaison between in house doctors and external doctors - Identify additional service offerings to clients - Develop and maintain the Corporate health-check clients. *** Participate in the selection of candidates - Identify training needs of the marketing team - Appraise performance of the employee in the department Initiate training programs to develop and improve medico-marketing skills.JOB REQUIREMENTS
*** Academic Background Essential: BA in marketing/ economic university. Industry Preference: Health care *** Experience Range Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience as manager out of which 02 years as an Marketing manager in a reputed hospital. *** Foreign language Proficiency English communication *** Other requires Experience in marketing management Having passion in health care industry Be able to travel locally and abroad *** Benefit Salary: negotiation SHUIT according to current law Professional, dynamic working environment.
