Prepare cost simulation of "what if" scenarios for future business planning decisions in areas such as new product development, new line investment. Craft the master budget plan for standard cost, manufacturing cost, supply chain cost, procurement cost. Gather, organize and analyse relevant manufacturing costs and recommends areas to save on direct labour, variable and fixed overhead. Identify any potential cost savings on cost Improvement Projects initiated by the Operations/ Manufacturing teams and track the progress of these cost improvement project initiatives. Conduct procurement commodities analysis by anticipating movements of global commodity prices and recommend future pricing forecasts to enable procurement department to negotiate or hedge. Ensure to document performance and development via URC performance assessment tools such as Performance Appraisal, Competency Assessment Form and Finance Career Skills Block Deck Chart.
JOB REQUIREMENTSAt least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Math or Finance or equivalent Minimum of 5 year experiences in an FMCG industry Very strong analytical skills, problem solving skills Demonstrated familiarity with manufacturing cost, supply chain cost, budget analysis, commodities prices Exhibits ability to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Modern ERP System knowledge eg SAP Good command of the English language is required
