Our client based in Hai Phong downtown is looking for Compliance Senior Specialist • Monitor and support vendor factory performance; including review of vendor social compliance audit reports and issue of audit result letters, close engagement with vendors on corrective action plans (CAPs) and remediation efforts, visit factories to review remediation progress and implement capacity building, including the assessment and improvement of vendor management systems. Conduct spot-checks on licensee factories in Vietnam and support any needed remediation. • At the direction of the Director, support Manager to implement and execute the Female and Family Super Empowerment program, partner with any third-party program leads, collect data and analyze the effectiveness of the program which aims to identify and address worker social needs. • Review and analyze the KPIs related to factory compliance performance and impact of Vendor Capability and worker well-being initiatives as well as verify the accuracy of the data. • At the direction of the Director, actively monitor and regularly report on Vietnam trends in human rights and ethical sourcing by keeping up with current developments and industry news including attending conferences and seminars locally. Network with professionals seeking, as well as sharing, best industry practices. • Implement sustainability program in global manufacturing supply chain in Vietnam; including Higg Facility Environmental Module (FEM) adoption for all factories, support factories to accurately understand and complete the self-assessment according to the requirements and prepare for verification. Work closely with Sustainability Analyst on the review and analysis of factory performance as well as support and drive factories towards continuous improvement. • Build relationships and collaborate with key internal stakeholders, such as the Country Managing Director, and in-country Global Development and Sourcing Office (GDSO) compliance and other leads as well as the local team to ensure alignment and continue to integrate ethical sourcing and sustainability into business engagement.JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Policy or related discipline or experience in a relevant field (i.e., law, policy, human rights). • 5 years of experience in corporate compliance or governance; • Auditing experience preferred. • Mature, able to work independently well. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate internally and externally.
