Human Resources Manager (Hotel)

- Manage all matters of labor, salary, employment, registration and all the related personnel policy, regulation of the Hotel. - Construct and manage the human resource database. Ensure that system records are accurately recorded and cross-checked. - Ensure that official documents are up-to-date and in compliance with government regulations. - Double-check employees’ attendance record, prepare monthly payroll, make the monthly amending reports for position/salary changing status of all employees. - Cooperate to maintain good relations with the local authorities. - Effectuate all Insurance policy (social insurance, accident insurance ...) for all employees of the Hotel - Make monthly annual leaving & compensation leaving report. - Process visa, work permit, resident card, driving license…for expats. - Prepare administrative procedures for Hotel’s licenses (star license, massage license..). - Cooperate with Governments and submit reports, legal documents if requested. - Follow PIT code registration and dependent family members for employees. - Do final payment for resigned employees. - Prepare and double-check paper works (offer letter, labor contracts…) before submitting for signing. - Organize all of employee activities: Children Day, Year End Party, Sport’s Day…


Bachelor's degree in a related area and 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity Knowledge of human resources software and labor laws. Pre-opening experience would be an advantage Good spoken and written communication skills The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues at all levels Fairness and objectivity
